'Inward'

This painting is one part of a two part canvas series. The title Inward comes from a feeling I’ve had my whole life about the need for deep connection and understanding of myself. To me, this painting is a visual representation of the feeling of digging deep, being still, and showing up for myself above all else. My relationship with myself and my ability to look inward to find solace and peace is a beautiful discovery I attribute to years of intentional healing.
